Andrew Jenkins – Managing Director
Andrew has worked in the Education sector for over 20 years and enjoys helping schools meet their needs for creative audio visual solutions. Starting in 1994 with school wide video systems he soon became interested in the how video could support teaching and learning. He lives in Essex and enjoys sport, walking and cycling.
Mark Unger – Projects and Training Manager
Mark looks after all projects and training for Lessonbox. Whether it’s a Wireless Mobile or bespoke CCTV system Mark will manage the process from start to finish. His training sessions are excellent and always receive great feedback from end users. Mark lives in Rochester with his family, enjoys all sports and is an avid Bath Rugby fan.
Steve Bassett – Consultant Head Teacher
Steve Bassett has 37 years in education behind him, more than 22 of them as a Headteacher. He has headship and interim headship experience across the full primary range including mainstream, special, faith and multi-ethnic schools, in both challenging and affluent areas as well as rural and urban settings. He has particular interest in behaviour management, Special Needs and Inclusion, English, teaching and learning, leadership and management, coaching and mentoring teachers, ‘Learning Walls’, governor training and the place of the school in the local community. Steve has been subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
Simon Scott – Commercial & Strategy
Simon is an advisor who enjoys helping business owners to build their businesses. He has a background in high-tech operations and was previously the MD for a number software, security and video companies. He lives in Hertfordshire, he enjoys cycling and occasionally enjoys playing golf!
Christine Bird – Business Development Manager, North
Christine is our North of England Business Development Manager and has been with the company since April 2014. Christine has worked in sales and business development for over 25 years and has sold to the education sector for over ten years. Christine’s consultative approach has led her to form excellent working relationships with both prospects and customers alike. Christine gains satisfaction from considering herself highly organised! She is married and lives in Cheshire. Christine joined Lessonbox as she wanted to be involved with a company offering a significant and valuable educational product.
